Playing
What is Elder Kingdom?
A medieval kingdom-building strategy game for phones. You build a city, train an army, explore a shared world map and fight real rivals, alone or with an alliance. See the game for a tour.
Which devices can I play on?
Elder Kingdom is coming to iPhone and iPad through the App Store and to Android phones and tablets through Google Play. Store links appear on this site when the apps are listed.
Does it cost anything?
The game is free to play, with optional purchases. Coins speed things up and buy items, and everything coins do can also be done with time. Coins have no cash value.
What is a world?
Each world is its own shared map, with its own name, rulers, alliances and leaderboards. You can hold a kingdom in more than one world.
Can other players attack me straight away?
No. New rulers are protected for their first 7 days, or until they reach the title of 3rd Baron if that comes sooner. While protected you cannot attack anyone either. See First steps.

Your account
Can I play as a guest?
Yes. A guest account is tied to the device it was made on. To keep your kingdom if you change or lose your phone, link Apple or Google: in the app, tap More on the bottom bar, then choose Account and sign-in.
Can I play on two devices?
Yes, one at a time. Sign in with the Apple or Google account you linked. Signing in on a new device signs the others out, so your kingdom is never played from two places at once.
Can I sign in on this website?
Yes. On the account page, sign in with the Apple or Google account you linked in the app to see your kingdoms, ranks and coins. Guest accounts cannot sign in on the website; link Apple or Google in the app first.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: tap More, choose Account and sign-in, then Delete. To confirm, you sign in again with a sign-in linked to the account; a guest types DELETE instead. The account deletion page has every step, what is removed and how to ask by email.
Coins and purchases
How do I buy coins?
In the app, through the App Store or Google Play. A web shop is coming soon; until it opens, nothing can be bought on this website.
How do refunds work?
Purchases in the app are refunded through Apple or Google under their own rules. Website purchases are covered by our terms of use. If coins did not arrive, email support@elderkingdom.com.
Are random prizes fair?
The chance of every prize is shown before you pick, in the Daily Chance, the daily gift and every chest. See Weekly Pass and Daily Chance.
This website
Does this website track me?
No. It runs no analytics and no third-party scripts, and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in, listed in the privacy policy.
How do I contact support?
Email support@elderkingdom.com with your kingdom name and world. The support page covers common problems.
