Who we are
Elder Kingdom is provided by Lili's Ark Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 15424953), registered office 106 Hemper Lane, Sheffield, S8 7FE, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: support@elderkingdom.com. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Your account
You must be at least 13 to play. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything. Keep your sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for activity on your accounts. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.
More than one account
You may have up to 10 game accounts on the same Apple or Google sign-in. When you sign in, you choose which account to play. Each account is separate and has one kingdom in each world it plays in. Coins, items and progress are not shared between accounts.
Do not use one of your accounts to help another of your accounts get ahead. That includes sending it resources; attacking it, or letting it attack you, to pass on resources or prestige; attacking other players together with it; trading with it on the market; and collecting invite or referral rewards between your own accounts. We may suspend the accounts involved. While one of your accounts is suspended, you cannot start a new account or link another one to the same sign-in.
People who share a device or a home may each play. Each person must play only their own kingdoms.
Conduct
Play by the rules. Do not harass others, impersonate players or staff, cheat, use unauthorized automation or scripts, exploit defects, trade accounts or in-game items for real money, or share unlawful, hateful or sexual content. You are responsible for messages sent from your account. Chat and kingdom names are visible to other players. Report abuse through the game controls or contact support.
Virtual currency and items
Coins and other virtual items are a limited licence to use content in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or real-world prizes, and cannot be transferred outside the game. Some features, such as Daily Chance, give random rewards; the odds are shown in the game before you play. We may rebalance or change game content, prices and features over time.
Lucky Chests give random prizes for Coins. Before you pay, the game shows every prize and the chance of each one. Each chest is drawn on its own by those chances. The one exception is a set of ten: if none of the ten is rare or better, the last chest is drawn again from the rare, epic and legendary prizes, so a set of ten always holds at least one prize of rare or better. Prizes have no cash value.
Purchases, refunds and your right to cancel
Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are priced and handled by Apple or Google. Refunds for those purchases are governed by the store's own rules and are requested through the store (for Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google, through Google Play order history).
Prices on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP), and the price shown for each pack is the total you pay: nothing is added at checkout. You must be at least 13 to buy, and if you are under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission first.
You normally have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. Coins are digital content that we deliver straight away, so before you pay on our website you tick a box to confirm that you want your coins delivered now and that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once they are delivered. You cannot start a payment without ticking it. The Stripe checkout page repeats this next to the pay button, and we record the time you gave your consent with your order. The coins are delivered to the kingdom you chose as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. If coins have not been delivered, or are faulty or not as described, you keep your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. To ask for help, email support@elderkingdom.com with your kingdom name and order reference.
A refund of a purchase may remove the coins it gave you. If those coins have already been spent we may restrict or reduce your balance or account.
Reporting and complaints
You can report a chat message or a letter in the game: choose Report on it, give the reason and send it. You can also block a player, and then you no longer see their messages or mail. Our moderators read reports. They can mute a player, suspend an account, or change a name, and if something may be a crime we pass it to the police or the right authority. We do not always tell you what we decided. To report a kingdom or alliance name, or anything the game does not let you report, email support@elderkingdom.com with the kingdom name and what happened.
If you think a mute, suspension or closure was a mistake, or you want to complain about how we handled a report, email support@elderkingdom.com with your kingdom name and the date, and ask us to look again. We reply within a few working days.
Suspension and termination
We may warn, mute, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse, and may remove content that does. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account ends your licence to use any remaining coins and items, and unused virtual items are not refunded except where the law requires.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the game available but may interrupt it for maintenance, updates or events outside our control. We may change or end features, worlds or the game with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these terms; if you keep playing after a change you accept it. We will tell you in the game about significant changes.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses. The game is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Intellectual property
The game, its artwork and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute them except as the law allows. You keep ownership of what you write, and give us a licence to display and store it in the game to run the service.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in the UK you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live; the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction for everyone else. If you live elsewhere, mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.
